I am not sure what is going on and will ask gurus - but it would be wise to continue at this point although the link step (INSTEP4) may indeed fail. The INSTEP2 step is well worth doing, if for no other reason to make sure it works. Note the daip at nrao.edu address that is best to use for this sort of e-mail. Eric Greisen
