The MNJ can be run to update 31DEC03 to that date - we are now well
into 31DEC04. You should just run the MNJ by hand since it will work
only once. After that it will complain that nothing is changing which
is true of 31DEC03.
A full install of the 31DEC04 is necessary to be completely current.
A MNJ on a cron is good for that version. It is no longer of any use
to ask us for a time - cvs is non-intrusive and we expect no conflicts
even if lots of people use the same time. We update the tar-ball/cvs
site around 10:00 - 10:15 pm Mountain time
