[daip] how to find the integration time

Leonia is not correct in the case of the VLA. The on-line integration
time I believe is constant but when data are averaged then flagging,
and oddities of when the times fall all affect the actual integration
time. Space VLBI introduced the concept of source/antenna dependent
integration times. Calibrated data will show correct weights which
take into account the integration time.

The time alone does not matter only time * Tsys which we keep track
of.

The data you have are probably 6.67 sec integration but you can see
why it is hard to find.
