Take a loook in /usr/include - is there a file X11 ?

Ussually it is a link as

lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root           20 Feb 24 04:40 X11 -> ../X11R6/include/X11/

The compile error you sent (in the famously long single line message)
seems to suggest this link is missing.
