I need to know more - which tasks are producing the "grid" lines and
what do you mean by "grid" lines?  Are you saying that the images
appear to be different?  Is the DOCIRCLE adverb set?  Do they look
different only under gv or on the printer as well?

Perhaps you should e-mail one of the PostScript files.
