[daip] 31DEC03 installation

Hi Eric,
another quick question: everything worked until reaching
FILAIP.
When FILAIP started it asks for a password - couldn't find
   anything about this in the installation documentation.
   When I hit return a couple of times, the message said it
    completed okay but I dont think it did (trying to run it
   again with RUN FILAIP crashes after rejecting the blank
   passwd) and then POPSGN failed. Could you let me know
   how to handle this password? thanks, neil.
