[daip] Installation of AIPS 31DEC03 - TV problems

	Hi,

	At the Bordeaux Observatory we have just installed the AIPS 
31DEC03 version on a DEC ALPHA computer named Alose (for information 
we have inverted the first lines in ZWINC2.C because it did not 
compile correctly). But we have problems with the TV, the error 
messages are below. The last version of AIPS we installed was 
31DEC01. Must we do now a public key and how ?
