This says that XAS is dying without telling you anything apparently.

Try

cd $AIPS_ROOT
source LOGIN.CSH    (or . LOGIN.SH for bash)
$CDTST
cd $YSERV/XAS
make clean
make

This should rebuild XAS (note XAS.EXE is not supposed to exist).  Then
try again saying

    aips tv=local
