To Whom it may concern,

We are having trouble getting the TV to work in some cases.
Each time, the processes TPMON1 and TPMON2 don't die when they 
should but killing them (i.e. kill -9 xxx) doesn't solve the
problem althogh rebooting the workstation does.  
The problem is that the machine is difficult to reboot 
because it is used by many people simultaneously.

Is there a file or something that needs to be deleted in order 
to get the TV working again without rebooting the server?

The error message given by AIPS is included below.
