Hi all there,
I have a problem with loading FITS-Data-Files. AIPS detects the file
AH367.891118.C properly on my hard-drive-disk. But it complains via MSGSRV
like this:
JULIA > FITLD1: Task FITLD (release of 31DEC03) begins
JULIA > FITLD1: Found MULTI observed on 18-NOV-1989
JULIA > FITLD1: UV data will be written in compressed format
JULIA > FITLD1: Create AH367.891118.C BAND. 1 (UV) on disk 1 cno 1
JULIA > FITLD1: TAPIO: RECORD LENGTH 576 INCONSISTENT WITH BLOCK SIZE 2880
JULIA > FITLD1: UVFDAT: ERROR READING TAPE. IERR= 10
JULIA > FITLD1: ERROR 10 RETURNED FROM UVFDAT
JULIA > FITLD1: Destroyed 1 extension files of type HI
JULIA > FITLD1: Destroyed UV image file: catno= 1 disk= 1
JULIA > FITLD1: Purports to die of UNNATURAL causes
JULIA > FITLD1: julia 31DEC03 TST: Cpu= 1.3 Real= 6
Attached you can find the corresponding input of FITLD. I've set up INDATA via
INDATA=/usr/local/INDATA; export INDATA in my dot_bashrc.
Do you have any idea, what may be the reason for this behaviour? I have set up
the user-rights properly: Read Write is allowed in disk1. Moreover there's
enough space:
>free
AIPS 1: Disk Volume name Total Full Free Timd Access
AIPS 1: # blocks % blocks days
AIPS 1: 1 <cal/AIPS/DATA/JULIA_1 39631136 16 33190940 365 Alluser
I'm actually glad, if you can help me at this issue.
Best regards,
your
Volker Heesen
