[daip] CALIB and DOFIT

Hi all,

I think I have found a bug in CALIB if DOFIT it set.  If I set
DOFIT to all but one antenna, then suddenly the number of good
solutions goes down dramatically.  But if I set DOFIT to one
antenna the number of good solutions goes back up.
