     The starting / is missing.  The format requires a - sign in
column 1 and 2 blanks followed by the file name in file
     $AIPS_ROOT/DA00/DADEVS.LIST 
perhaps you or install.pl has put only 1 space.

I will check the install.pl which is quite complicated as you may
imagine.  But you should try checking DADEVS.LIST and fixing it by
hand.
