[daip] Install problem on Linux

Did install.pl run FILAIP and POPSGN at the end or did you quit it a
bit early?  FILAIP would have asked for a password and hung there
waiting.  Do the following, then try aips again.

RUN FILAIP
AMANAGER                 password
15 -100                  - sign is important

RUN POPSGN
0 POPSDAT TST
