Dear Eric,

We have investigated the problems in the AIPS task LWPLA.
In conclusion, LWPLA put only in JIVE's Solaris has some bugs.
As Andy has explained, LWPLA in 31DEC02 creates wrong bounding boxes
in a PostScript file. Also LWLPA in 31DEC03 creates no PS file and
gives the "wrong" error message described below; $OFMFIL was recognized
in other AIPS tasks and OFMFILE was blank. There still may be other
possibility in the environments of JIVE's architectures. However,
we have no idea the cause of the problems right now.

Therefore, we would like ask to try the debugging to you.
The followings are necessary information for you.

$AIPS_HOME=/aips

We also go on trying to fix the problems, but we need some clues or hints
to do. We are very glad if you kindly help us.
