I am just back from vacation.  Mail to daip at nrao.edu reaches the full
group and would prehaps have been answered more quickly.  Neither
IMSTAT nor IMEAN currently do circular apertures.  They do rectangular
ones.  TVSTAT will allow you to mark the region you want.

I suppose I should add circular windows (as in IMAGR) to IMEAN and
IMSTAT.
