[daip] Alignment of maps in comb

Dear receiver,

I have met problems in aligning maps in COMB. I'm calculating spectral indices from U and K band maps. Unfortunately these maps were not aligned originally (as X and U was). I have tried doalign values 1, 0 and -2, but none of them seems to give "correct" results - it looks like the grey scale shape is shifted nicely and following the shape of the other feature. 

How can I ensure that the coordinates match?
