Dear Eric
I am very sorry - i sent you the header of a cleaned image by mistake.
Here is the header for the uv data
AIPS 1: Image=MULTI (UV) Filename=A116LINE_2 .LINE . 1

AIPS 1: Keyword = 'CORRMODE' value = '1A '
AIPS 1: Keyword = 'SELCHANS' value = 31
AIPS 1: Keyword = 'VLAIFS ' value = 'A '
I am still confused by this as there are 31 frequency channels but the
frequency is given for pixel 64. This in itself might not be a problem
except for the fact if the header information is correct then my line
seems to be in the wrong place ie at a velocity of 1900 km/s rather than
1400 km/s. I could well be being silly though.
Sorry to bother you and thank you very much for your help.
regards
Harriet
