[daip] my AIPS doesn't work

The abort was due to a rebuild of AIPS by the MNJ job at about 2 am
this morning.  The failure to do inputs, help, tget etc  probably
meant that some value was in the adverb VERSION.  This causes AIOPS to
translate that value as a logical and, if it is not now defined, it
produces the error message you saw.  I would not expect a compress to
fix that.  VERSION = ' ' will fix that part of the problem.
