On the disk one data area listed above there is likely to be a
truncated LASTEXIT SAVE/GET file:

       SGD08C001.08C\;

Try a 
    ls -l SGD*
You will see directory SG files SGDuuu000.uuu\; where uuu is the user
number in extended hex and then SGDuuunnn.uuu\; data files.  They are
562176 bytes in length on our modern systems - your may be smaller but
they should all be the same size.  If you rm the file above, the user
300 should start up fine.
