I have corrected MOMNT - there was a wrong pointer used so that the
catalog number of the history input file was the same as the disk
number - cno1 on disk 1, cno 2 on disk 2, etc.  I do not know when
that error was made - but it was present in the first version in the
rcs system dated 12/22/1990!  I guess no one looks at history files.
