Yes - in the VLB case with a printer >= 132 in size it forgot to add
the pixel display.  However, the pixel values are in the MF file which
may be viewed with PRTAB.  I will add the code for the VLB case.  If
the printer is < 132 then the pixel values do not appear in the SAD
output, only in the MF file.
