[daip] Coordinate problems with HST data

So I recently obtained HST of a source. I took a look at it with ds9 and
it looked fine. I even plotted grid lines for the coordinate and there
didn't seem to be a problem.
I later then inputed the file into AIPS to try to align it with other
files. When I tried running TVLAB, AIPS aborted. I try plotting the image
with GREYS with LTYPE 3 and that gave me this error:

URSA > GREYS1: ABORT!
I was able to get it plotted with LTYPE 4. When I did, the coordinate was
completely screw up:
the RA went from -400 to 400 "degrees" and likewise for the DEC.
I took a look at the observed coordinates and it seem to be fine when it
was read by AIPS:
