i'm trying to run aips on my linux workstation but display on my laptop at home (redhat, roadrunner) i ssh from home to work. use aips tv=local:0 starts fine. opens up msg windows and tek windows, starts XAS but then crashes XAS with BadAccess (attempt to use private resource) or something quite close to that. suggestions? thanks. larry
