[daip] aips error message

Dear Aips managers:
    Thanks very much for the last mail about SOL and Sul solaris problem.
Now here is another one:(we are using SUN ultra1)

START_AIPS: You seem to be at a workstation called iaa33
TVDEVS.SH: Starting TV servers on iaa33 asynchronously
TVDEVS.SH:  - with Internet Sockets...
TVDEVS.SH: Starting TPMON daemons on IAA33 asynchronously...
Starting up 15OCT99 AIPS with normal priority
Begin the one true AIPS number 1 (release of 15OCT99) at priority =   0 
AIPS 1: You are assigned TV device/server  13
AIPS 1: You are assigned graphics device/server  13
 ZMSGOP: FILE DA01:MSD001000.001;      NOT FOUND
MSGWRT ERROR      2 AT OPEN                            

    One user gets the ZMSGOP: FILE DA01:MSD001000.001;      NOT FOUND

error message, do you know how to fix it or what the cause is?
