[daip] "single source" CL table applied to multisource file

Dear Andrzej,

I think this is because when you run CLCAL for one source
it does not flag the solutions for the other sources they
are just missing.  So when you apply the calibration on
the other sources the programs do there best to calibrate
as best they can.  If the solution in the CL table for the
other sources had been flagged then the data for the other
sources would be flagged when that CL table was applied.

I will look into it in further detail though and get back
to you.
