[daip] Failed to complie in INSTEP[34] on AXLINUX

I did nothing about file. I will send this file with the separate e-mail.

I tried INSTEP4 and found see the same message when compling (linking?)
AIPS.EXE, AIPSB.EXE, AIPSC.EXE and DAIP.EXE .
