[daip] Possible to install 31DEC02 on RedHat 7.3?

I haven't tried this yet, but as long as you stick to the recommendation
to use the 2.95.x gcc/g77 compilers, I would not anticipate problems.

If you have a 7.3 system in front of you, and don't mind installing gcc
2.95.x in, say, /usr/local/... first, then I'd say go for it.  I'm
reasonably confident this combination will work just fine.
