[daip] data from the Penticton correlator and FITLD

There are a couple of visitors here reducing VSOP data from
the Penticton correlator.  When they use FITLD from versions
NEW or TST they get amplitudes that are low by a factor of
~16, OLD does the correct thing.  Below are tidbits from
UVPRT (CPARM(10)=100) as well as the messages from FITLD
(version OLD).  Note that both the amplitudes and the weights
are different.  A clue to the possible problem is that if you
look in the header of these files it says "Receiver=VLBA".
So my guess is FITLD thinks this data is from the VLBA
correlator and is "correcting" it.
