Hi Eric,

Thanks for the quick response. I had already run mergecal, the problem
appears to arise with adding Arecibo system temperatures. I am using the
file sent by AO which has times and Tsys (in Jy, I'm setting DFPU=1.0),
and running ANTAB. There are 5030 entries in the Arecibo file, which may
be fairly large, but other wise it seems fine. ANTAB runs without
incident. I wonder if there may be some default limit on the number of
Tsys entries in APCAL?

Yes - run MERGECAL after the FITLD.  The cal tables have duplicate
entries in them that confuse later programs.
