I don't know how this works - and will look into it.
Registration really is not that important although we appreciate your
attempt to do it.

You have started aips as user 1656 (EHEX 1A0). Probably you have
never run a task as that user number but tried to do a TGET. Since no
tasks have ever been run, the TG file does not yet exist and the above
messages are generated. After you have run one or two tasks, then the
message will concern task not available if you have not yet run the
task for which you try a TGET.
