Hi Katrina,

You need to use FILLM if your data is in VLA archive format,
i.e. is unprocessed VLA data.  Unfortunately you cannot load
this data from disk.  If you have VLA archive data, and your
tape drive isn't working properly for AIPS, you will have to
see if you can get someone else to load the data for you with
FILLM and write it to disk with FITTP.  Then you will be able
to reload it into your AIPS with FITLD.  Sorry for the
complication.  I will ask the data analysts (analysts at nrao.edu)
if they do this kind of service.
