[daip] Strange TACOP error

Hi: I got a strange error message from TACOP. Not too difficult to work
around, but it probably points to something else going on... you might
be interested in the bug (?) report.
I was trying to copy a plot file from PL 2 to PL 5.
PL 1, 2, 3, 4 all exist.

Dsik 7 is a 70 GB disk with 28 GB free:

but TACOP requested 1.3 Terabytes?? (for a simple POSSM plot)
I'm working around this by zapping all the PL files and generating them in
the order I want, so it's not a big deal right now -- but it might point
to something else going on.
