[daip] aipsmarks

It appears to me that some of the postdocs (and staff?) think that their
aips is slow because their computers are thought to be slow in handling
their aips tasks. However it seems that many of them do not have any
aipsmark set on their hosts, mainly because they are unaware of this
parameter. I can keep on setting this for individual users when I encounter
this, but maybe there is something the aips group or the local sysadmin can
do? Eg ship aips with an aipsmark of at least 10, educate the users through
an email to nmsci, fill out the relevant aipsmarks for them as soon as a
new machine is installed (and runs aips), or so?

Anyway, just a thought
