What's with the 26624 blocksize? That's not a multiple of 2880, so if the data is FITS, that recipe is just plain wrong. If these are FITS data rather than raw telescope tapes from the VLA then the blocksize should be 28800. The 26624 is for the raw (FILLM) tapes. Eric Greisen
