Niruj,

I made an image using the data you sent me and used that
as a model in CALIB and I do not find the same behavior,
i.e. the amplitudes look fine.  A few antennas have a small
jump at the right time, but it isn't for all antennas and
isn't as dramatic as amplitude jumps in the SN tables that
were attached to the file.  I tried, 31DEC00, 31OCT99 and our
test version, as well as both Solaris and Linux operating
systems.  So just in case it is the clean component model
you are using, send me that.

The other option is that there is something wrong with your
AIPS because of the compiler that was used or some such
thing.  What operating system (including version) are you
using and what compiler was used to compile AIPS?
