[daip] 31DEC00 amp selfcal problem ?

Dear Daip,

I recently installed 31DEC00 AIPS on my Linux machine (got it registered
today under Raman Research Institute). I seem to have a problem which is
probably a bug in AIPS.

When I run amplitude selfcalibration on my data, for a certain time (over
20 mts or so) , the amp corrections go berserk. I have attached a plot
file of SNPLT for some of the antennas. This is the behaviour for all
antennas. I ran CALIB with the same parameters on the same file on an
older version, 15OCT99 and the amplitude corrections are good (within 20
%). I couldnt locate a corresponding problem in the page with Patches. Is
this a problem with 31DEC00 version ?
