Dear Lincoln,

Having discussed in AIPS group, I left without change the definition 
of negative and positive SOLINT. I have changed the default SOLINT from 
60min to 2min.

I want to emphasize (hope it is clear from help) that negative SOLINT does not 
mean the average until the edge of the scan by SOLINT=ABS(SOLINT).
Any negative SOLINT means one average through the each scan.
