[daip] Bug in 31DEC01 - FITLD

Hi there

I've just run into a somewhat nasty bug in FITLD in 31DEC01 ( as downloaded
yesterday ). With the removal of the DELCORR adverb ( the help file states
it is now always set to 1 with FITLD determining the behaviour based on the
correlator ), FITLD now insists that a CQ table exists when concatenating
fits input files. This proves highly hostile when one is trying to load data
from any correlator other than the VLBA eg. my VSOP data from Mitaka.
