I was going to wait until I had a chance to look at the plots, but
I think I need to make one comment after Leonia's.  The pulse cal
results that PCCOR applies to the data include a process of using
two tones per band to correct for single band delays.  Therefore,
I don't think you will be seeing the actual raw pcal phases, but
something adjusted for the single band delays.

More after I look at the plots, which will be after I do something
wanted by operations soon.
