[daip] bug in SNPLT

Hi All,

Bill Scott (a visitor) came to me with a problem 
with SNPLT.  If he flags a certain time range for
IF 1 in SNEDT and plots the resulting SN table with
SNPLT it shows all the IFs flaged for that time range.
I have confirmed this with my data and I have also
looked at the SN table with PRTAB and it looks like
the table is correct, i.e., only one IF is flagged.
If you load the SN table into SNEDT, it also shows the
correct IF as flagged and the other IFs not flagged.
I also noticed that if you flag IF 2 then SNPLT plots
all the IFs.

Should I look into this?
