[daip] a probable bug in FITLD

Hi Sandor,

Just to keep you updated.  It looks like your bug is a
problem with the program that creates the correlator jobs.
For some reason, it made 2 frequency "rows" in a few of
your jobs.  One of these "rows" is never used by the 
correlation, which is why FITLD finds 2 FREQIDs but no data
for one of them.  I am going to give this to the powers
that be to decide if FITLD or the correlator job program
can/should be fixed.
