[daip] UVFLG's gripe

Dear Lincoln,

Yes, you right. 
UVFLG does not permit to flag by INFIL and elevation in the same run.

But not only that:
UVFLG does not permit to flag by INFIL and anything yet(times, IFS, antennas..)
in the same run.

This  is the logic of UVFLG: if(infile) then only infile.

I think there is a sence in this logic. Is not it?

Let me think about other options

 I have verified that I can use two consecutive runs to achieve the
 desired flagging.  When both things are requested, the elevation flagging
 is not done.
