Try DOCALIB=2 instead of 1.  You loaded these data recently and they
have the new form of weights in which the weight actually (after
calibration of weights as well as data) is roughly 1/sigma**2 in
1/Jy**2.  The APARM(2) parameter takes the weights to mean this and
scales itself by the weight of each sample.  Your weights are in the
1000's prior to calibration so the cutoff was reduced to < 1 Jy.  With
DOCAL=2 essentially no channels are deleted.
