[daip] TV PROBLEM

All our users are getting that message when using the "tvall" command 
under 31DEC00.  I found some reference to this error in the documentation 
that seemed to affect SGI systems, but we have SUL.  Presumably it's similar 
though.  So I was wondering if you could help me figure out what to change 
in order to fix this.  Thanks.
