Hi All,
Some background...
I have a four frequency data set (L,C,X,U) from 1998 that I am (finally)
calibrating. It is part of a four epoch run. When I ran FITLD (with
delcorr and digicor turned on), I got a bunch of errors about subarraying,
ie. it said things like source 3 not in subarray 1, etc...
I waited until the FITLD was done, ran INDXR, and looked at the data. All
sources at all frequencies appeared in subarray 1. I decided to plow
ahead. I used UVCOP to copy each of the four frequencies into its own
file and ran INDXR on each.
Now when I run tasks like FRING, I get messages like:
FRING1: ** WARNING - Subarray 1 contains VLBA data, but no CQ data
FRING1: ** to enable VLBA decorrelation corrections
FRING1: ** Type EXPLAIN FITLD for further information
(Well, explain fitld doesn't help.) I only get this error on the C, X, and
U bands, ie. not on the L band. I loaded this epoch (the third epoch)
the same way I loaded epochs one and two which didn't have any problems.
I am assuming that for the third epoch (and maybe the fourth) something
strange came out of the correlator. If so, it's too late to do anything now.
I am simply ignoring the error for now. Will this affect my data? Is
there something I should do?
Thanks for your help!
