[daip] tape mount problem

Hi Eric,

Aips does not recognize one of my tape drives, apparently
because of a missing lock file.  Here's a transcript of
the error:

>inta 2
>mount
AIPS 1: ZMOUN2: Couldn't open lock file /home/AIPS/DA00/CHAMIZA/TAPE2.lo
        ck
AIPS 1: ZERROR: IN ZMOUN2 ERRNO = 13 (Permission denied)
AIPS 1: TAPE PROBLEM


This problem previously existed on another tape drive, but
has migrated due to a reconfiguration on my machine.  Please,
can you straighten this out for me?
