[daip] additional help needed

hi, i seem to have made it past the user disk setup on host leavitt 
and am now seeing the following warnings/errors. can you provide
any suggestions as to what the problem is:

tarting up 15OCT99 AIPS with normal priority

i've found documentation on the web so now have some reference to 
work from. any advise is appreciated...
