1. login to bob
2. source ~egreisen/CDPGMR.SH   or .CSH
3. Do chkouts, putbck, COMRPLs, COMLNKs as usual
4. Do not expect the code to update in fact until we get the MNJ
   working.

To putbck in 31DEC01

1. Do the above first
2. Plead with me.
3. If I relent, I will change the flag blocking the putbck on kochab
4. Then login to kochab and do the usual
5. Tell me what you have done.
6. I will then lock the cookie store again and
7. I will have to replicate what you have done by hand for the AOC
