{The plotting of some coordinate axes seems to be broken in 31DEC01 AIPS.
 I haven't determined everything that does and does not work, but as an
 example, GLON, GLAT in AITOFF projection does not work in 31DEC01 but
 works fine in the earlier versions 31DEC00 and 15OCT99.
