[daip] UVPLT doesn't plot all subarrays as advertised

        It was supposed to set it back to the input value but skipped
the reset when doing fixed scale plots.

MNJ would repair it.  There is a SUBARR = JSUB in SCAL that needs to
move up to right after the DO loop (after 150   CONTINUE) before the
IF branch to 999.
